How engagement works
Up to 6 months pilot, without software fees
You run the system on real work before committing to anything. If it doesn't fit, you owe nothing and keep your data.
- The future software price is agreed with you before the pilot starts — no surprise invoice at the end.
- Scope and limits (what's included, what isn't) are agreed in writing before any work begins.
- Setup, adaptation to your workflow, and data migration are included within the agreed pilot scope.
- A free pilot does not mean unlimited storage or infrastructure — agreed limits are part of the scope, see below.
Your existing data
You don't start from zero
You can use the digital data you already have. What migration looks like depends on how that data is stored today.
If direct synchronization is possible
When your current system exposes a workable way to connect (an export, an API, a feed), we synchronize or import from it as part of the pilot setup.
If it isn't
Electronic files — Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, or exports from another system — can be migrated into Opero manually as part of the pilot scope.
You keep ownership. Your business data is yours throughout the pilot and after.
If you leave, your data is exported to you and access is closed according to the retention policy agreed in your contract.
