A note on sensitive data
Clinics and beauty businesses often handle sensitive personal data. What's collected, how it's stored, who can access it, and how long it's retained are all agreed with you during pilot scoping — governed by your configuration, applicable legal requirements, access controls, and a retention policy, not assumed by default. We do not offer diagnosis, medical decision support, or treatment recommendations, and we do not claim regulated health-record compliance unless that has actually been implemented and agreed for your case.
How engagement works
Up to 6 months pilot, without software fees
You run the system on real work before committing to anything. If it doesn't fit, you owe nothing and keep your data.
- The future software price is agreed with you before the pilot starts — no surprise invoice at the end.
- Scope and limits (what's included, what isn't) are agreed in writing before any work begins.
- Setup, adaptation to your workflow, and data migration are included within the agreed pilot scope.
- A free pilot does not mean unlimited storage or infrastructure — agreed limits are part of the scope, see below.
Your existing data
You don't start from zero
You can use the digital data you already have. What migration looks like depends on how that data is stored today.
If direct synchronization is possible
When your current system exposes a workable way to connect (an export, an API, a feed), we synchronize or import from it as part of the pilot setup.
If it isn't
Electronic files — Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, or exports from another system — can be migrated into Opero manually as part of the pilot scope.
AI-assisted, human-confirmed
Where useful, AI helps structure and map messy source data (spreadsheets, exports) into Opero's data model. The proposed mapping is reviewed and confirmed by a person before anything is finally imported — AI speeds up the mapping step, it doesn't make the final call.
You keep ownership. Your business data is yours throughout the pilot and after.
If you leave, your data is exported to you and access is closed according to the retention policy agreed in your contract.
