Restaurant

Reservations, tables, and staff scheduling, kept simple

For restaurants that need day-to-day operational coordination without adopting a heavy point-of-sale platform, we configure a lightweight system focused on the parts that actually cause friction.

Configured and built with you during a pilot — not a pre-built package you have to fit your business into.

What we configure for restaurant

Reservations

Take and manage bookings in a structured system rather than a phone log or paper diary.

Tables

Track table layout and availability against reservations and walk-ins.

Staff scheduling

Plan shifts and see coverage across the team.

Menu

Maintain your menu as structured data your team and systems can reference.

Operations

Coordinate the day-to-day operational items specific to how your restaurant runs.

Lightweight data model

Deliberately scoped to what a single-location or small-group restaurant needs — not a full enterprise POS/inventory system.

How engagement works

Up to 6 months pilot, without software fees

You run the system on real work before committing to anything. If it doesn't fit, you owe nothing and keep your data.

  • The future software price is agreed with you before the pilot starts — no surprise invoice at the end.
  • Scope and limits (what's included, what isn't) are agreed in writing before any work begins.
  • Setup, adaptation to your workflow, and data migration are included within the agreed pilot scope.
  • A free pilot does not mean unlimited storage or infrastructure — agreed limits are part of the scope, see below.

Your existing data

You don't start from zero

You can use the digital data you already have. What migration looks like depends on how that data is stored today.

If direct synchronization is possible

When your current system exposes a workable way to connect (an export, an API, a feed), we synchronize or import from it as part of the pilot setup.

If it isn't

Electronic files — Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, or exports from another system — can be migrated into Opero manually as part of the pilot scope.

We don't claim automatic integration with every external system — what's feasible for your specific tools is assessed and agreed during scoping, before the pilot starts.

You keep ownership. Your business data is yours throughout the pilot and after.

If you leave, your data is exported to you and access is closed according to the retention policy agreed in your contract.

Tell us about your business and we'll scope a pilot with an agreed price and agreed limits before anything starts.
