Opero Developer
Business process automation, built around how you already operate
We build tailored operational systems for construction, cleaning, restaurant, transport, and property management businesses — starting with a pilot, so you can see it working before you pay for it.

How a pilot goes from application to decision
- 1
Apply
Tell us about your business, current tools, and what you want to automate.
- 2
Scope the pilot
We agree the scope, limits, and future price together — before anything starts.
- 3
Set up & migrate
We configure the system and bring in your existing data — synchronized where possible, migrated from files where not.
- 4
Run the pilot
You use the system on real work for up to 6 months, without a software fee.
- 5
Decide
Continue at the agreed price, or walk away — your data is yours either way.
How engagement works
Up to 6 months pilot, without software fees
You run the system on real work before committing to anything. If it doesn't fit, you owe nothing and keep your data.
- The future software price is agreed with you before the pilot starts — no surprise invoice at the end.
- Scope and limits (what's included, what isn't) are agreed in writing before any work begins.
- Setup, adaptation to your workflow, and data migration are included within the agreed pilot scope.
- A free pilot does not mean unlimited storage or infrastructure — agreed limits are part of the scope, see below.
Your existing data
You don't start from zero
You can use the digital data you already have. What migration looks like depends on how that data is stored today.
If direct synchronization is possible
When your current system exposes a workable way to connect (an export, an API, a feed), we synchronize or import from it as part of the pilot setup.
If it isn't
Electronic files — Excel, CSV, Word, PDF, or exports from another system — can be migrated into Opero manually as part of the pilot scope.
You keep ownership. Your business data is yours throughout the pilot and after.
If you leave, your data is exported to you and access is closed according to the retention policy agreed in your contract.
Why this is low-risk
Built to be evaluated, not to trap you
Price agreed up front
The price you'd pay after the pilot is set before the pilot starts — not negotiated after you're dependent on the system.
Scope agreed up front
What's built and what isn't is written down before work begins, so there's no ambiguity about what the pilot covers.
You keep your data
Your business data belongs to you throughout. If you leave, it's exported to you and access is closed per your contract's retention policy.
No forced lock-in
A pilot that doesn't demonstrate value costs you nothing beyond the time spent evaluating it.
Storage & infrastructure
- A free pilot includes agreed storage limits — it is not unlimited storage or infrastructure.
- Active data and archived data can carry different retention terms, agreed as part of your scope.
- Heavy files (large photo/document volumes) can be archived or removed on an agreed schedule.
- If your volume needs dedicated infrastructure, that's quoted separately from the pilot.
Ready to see if a pilot fits your business?
The application takes a few minutes. It doesn't guarantee acceptance — it lets us understand your business and come back with an honest scope.
